Gulf Central Early Steps – Bilingual Service Coordinator/Case Manager

Do you want to be part of a team helping families of children who are concerned about their child’s development get the necessary services they need? The Health Planning Council of SW Florida, Early Steps program, is seeking a full time Service Coordinator/Case Manager. Service Coordinators are a key part of a team of professionals who provide early intervention services to families of children birth to 36 months with developmental delays. The Service Coordinator is actively involved in regular contacts with families, facilitating and arranging meetings with the family and their team of providers and providing information that will help the families with their child’s development.

Gulf Central Early Steps – Pediatric Physical Therapist, Contract Position

A rare opportunity to join our team at Gulf Central Early Steps as a Florida Licensed Physical Therapist to work with families of infants and toddlers with developmental delays. This is a contracted position. A pediatric physical therapist with Gulf Central Early Steps will provide early intervention, through a coaching model, to the 0-3 population, in their homes. You will have the opportunity to learn from other therapists and developmental specialists through weekly team meetings where you are given the opportunity to consult with the different disciplines.

A rare opportunity to join our team at Gulf Central Early Steps as a Florida Licensed Speech and Language Pathologist, to work with families of infants and toddlers with developmental delays. This is a contracted position. A pediatric speech therapist with Gulf Central Early Steps will provide early intervention, through a coaching model, to the 0-3 population, in their homes.
